Serdecznie zapraszamy na konferencję organizowaną wspólnie przez Uniwersytet Jagielloński – Collegium Medicum oraz McMaster University w Hamilton w Kanadzie, która odbędzie się w kwietniu 2014 roku w Krakowie. Celem przewodnim konferencji jest przedstawienie i omówienie perspektyw diagnostyki i leczenia szeroko pojętych chorób cywilizacyjnych. Wykładowcami będą wybitni krajowi i zagraniczni specjaliści reprezentujący różne gałęzie medycyny wywodzące się z chorób wewnętrznych. Poznamy najnowsze osiągnięcia w tych dziedzinach i będziemy dyskutować nad dalszymi kierunkami ich rozwoju.

Wykłady w języku angielskim.

Jednocześnie mamy nadzieję, że oprócz udziału w konferencji skorzystają Państwo także z uroków Królewskiego Miasta Krakowa.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We cordially invite you to join a conference organized in Kraków, by the Jagiellonian University Medical College and McMaster University Department of Medicine. Our goal is to present and discuss the future of diagnosis and treatment in the widely understood diseases of today’s modern world. Several outstanding specialists from both Poland and Canada, representing a variety of medical fields and organizations from internal medicine have been invited to participate in the conference. We hope that the broad spectrum of presented lectures will allow the attendants to obtain a wider view on the future of medicine and will provoke fruitful discussions on new and emerging medical trends.

The congress will take place in Kraków – the ancient Polish capital city. We hope that the two days spent here during the congress, will allow you to enjoy the historical and cultural sites of the city.

The conference will be held in English.
