Conference fee for every foreign participant

The Conference fee includes: conference proceedings and materials, refreshments and lunches, access to promotional booths.

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a conference entry card by e-mail to confirm your registration.
Please keep the entry card handy when you arrive at the venue to speed up on-site registration.

NOTE! If we do not receive your payment by 1 June 2018, your registration will be cancelled.

Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail: onkologia@mp.pl) by 15 May 2018, at the latest.
No refund will apply on cancellations made after 15 May 2018.
