Travel Information and Accommodation
To attend the whole meeting, we suggest arriving in the evening of Monday, November 4th. The closure of the meeting is planned afternoon November 6th, to allow most of the participant to fly back home on the same day.
Please inform us at fmd@ikard.pl about your flight – this will help us to organize transportation from the venue to the airport.
We advise to reserve accommodation in the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Mokotow Hotel, Postępu 7 Street, Warsaw.
The transportation to the venue on November 5th and 6th mornings will be provided only from this hotel to the venue.
If you would like to take advantage of it you must inform us at fmd@ikard.pl in order to secure the right number of places.
