As the organization committee of EMIMSC 2016 we cherish the fact that we are able to organize this year's annual EMMSC, which was first held in Hatay in the spring of 2015, in our beloved Cyprus. We thank the organization committee of EMMSC 2015 for welcoming us and many other participants from other faculties with the same warm manner and put in the best of their efforts to help us have a fun and medical knowledge wise informing experience. If we move on with EMMSC 2016 we feel that it's necessary to point out a number of issues. Apart from the changes that have been made concerning the structure, the analogous nature of the previous congress and the use of new ideas forming the social infrastructure of this year's program, EMMSC 2016 will mostly resemble its 2015 counterpart. The changes that have been made along the way will be available for our participants to read via our media organs in the form of announcements and informative texts and will have a nature that emphasizes the importance of the two values we always bring up: , progressive increase in the amount of knowledge and working in a collective manner. The activities that are planned for our participants' time in Cyprus essentially will be directed towards altering their connections with their future colleagues on an international basis and making their experience in Cyprus most interesting and fun. The workshops and panels that are being planned not only will help our participants expand the amount of their medical knowledge and academic experience but will also form communication channels between them and the guest academicians. When everything is considered it is apparent that we as the organization committee of EMMSC 2016 are aiming to supply our participants with the best academic and social benefits possible. Our wish is that you sail along with us in this most beautiful ship of the Mediterranean. We wish you a pleasant semester and remind you once again that we can't wait to observe your most interesting presentations.


Mission
Our mission, on the scaffold of efficiency and work ethics, is to build a conceptually "brewed in science and friendship international experience" for future doctors that will help them acknowledge the importance of two main values that we believe form the basis of the medical universe, progressive increase in the amount of knowledge and working in a collective manner, and by doing so to alter the participants' academic and social developments.


Vision
Our vision is to make our congress, which's background structure is organized by our team in the most enthusiastic way, take place in the designated time period according to the planned program and consequently to make it set an example for the subsequent congresses that may be designed around a similar theme concerning the values that we think should be held in the center of our profession. Our wish is that our congress, quality wise, verifies the importance of these values.
