On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to join us in Milan for the EAACI-WAO World Allergy and Asthma Congress, 22 – 26 June 2013.

Reflecting the Congress Theme: Allergy, A Global Health Challenge, the Scientific Prog-ramme Committee has compiled an out-standing programme which will build on and enhance the high quality of educational con-tent from previous Congresses. World experts in the field will share their research, knowledge and experience in addition to younger presenters – the next generation – who will be given a platform for their innovative work. The EAACI-WAO Congress 2013 will be the most important meeting for advances in research, treatment and prevention of allergy and asthma in 2013. It is quite simply a Congress that cannot be missed.

The synergy provided by this joint Congress of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and World Allergy Organization (WAO) offers a special oppor-tunity in 2013 to reach a bigger and wider global audience at the largest congress of allergists and related specialists, as well as general practitioners in the world.

The Congress will take place at MiCo – Milano Congressi. Expanded in 2011, it is a modern and well-equipped venue which is among the largest in Europe. Easily reachable by public transport, it will prove a popular choice with both attendees and exhibitors.
